Working for My First Drumset

When I was 9 years old, I spent all summer working for my dad's landscaping company. I would pick up sticks, rake leaves, use the leaf blower, and really anything that he'd ask me to do. I saved up all my money from that summer and at the end of it I bought my first drumset. A Yamaha Stage Custom which I still own today. The moment was walking in to my living room and seeing my kit for the first time and my dad saying these words, "Look what YOU bought" I don't know many other 9 year old that bought their own drumset with their own money so I had a lot of pride in that. I haven't stopped and I'm still pounding away almost 15 years later!

Great Story!
I think this one is a winner!
I've Got One...
I want to submit MY game-changing moment.
