VIDEO LESSON SERIES:
BRIAN FERGUSON

Brian has toured and/or recorded with Curtis Salgado, Mike Morgan and the Crawl, Pat Boyack, Red Young, Hope Cassity, Quinten Hope and Prestonwood Baptist Church to name a few. While with Curtis Salgado, Blues Review Magazine called Brian’s playing “…totally on the money rhythmically, while keeping the loose feel that soul music requires.” Brian is most at home playing the right part for the song and supporting the musicians around him. This organic approach has enabled him to perform in a wide variety of styles including jazz, rock, country, soul, blues and gospel.

Brian currently resides in McKinney TX, with his wife and 2 dogs. He maintains a busy performance, teaching and recording schedule. You can learn about Brian at http://www.brianferguson.net.

In this lesson series, Brian will cover a wide range of drumset related topics – from improving your time keeping to creativity and orchestrations in patterns and fills. It’s a great resource, whether you’re an intermediate or advanced player.
