Quick and fluid!!

"I dug through a bag of sticks a couple of days ago and discovered three pair of the ride sticks . . . A couple never used. The play-ability of the ride sticks is amazing! Super quick, good power - very relaxed and fluid. I had to laugh at myself for having these 'hidden' for so long! But, hey, it's Erskin . . . Should'a known!"

Peter Erskine -Ride Sticks

"These have just the feel, weight, rebound, and sound I want. I was using another brand and size, but they discontinued them. After much searching and testing these are almost an exact match. I couldn't be happier, unless you made them with nylon tips."

Buy this product again and again

"The SPE2 Hickory sticks are amazing drum sticks Especially if you are a very tight drummer. My Favourite all time is the SPE2N Nylon tip, Eric Erskine sticks. Unfortunately Vic Firth has stopped making them. All the drummers I know loved them. The new VF Jazz Ride collection are ok, but lighter than the SNE2 and the SPE2N perhaps VF can introduce a Nylon tear drop to the SPE2"

I would buy these buy the brick if I could.

"I'm a jazz trained rock drummer. My primary use at the moment is a worship church setting. These are great for volume control. Dynamics are up to you. The shoulder has a gorgeous rim click. You don't have to flip the stick."
