"These are great sticks. I will be purchasing more in the near future."
— Larri T. (5/5)
"We are dedicated to the electronic kit and have not played our acoustic kit in over a decade and a half. Very serious about our bar band; we both practice guitar, bass, and durms (misspelling a long, old in-joke) every day. PRO: The shape is very interesting and DOES seem to work better with our electronic kit. As mentioned above, we have a different approach than most, dedicating ourselves to the electronic kit as well as ditching our beloved tube amps for emulation in order to have greater control of the mix while playing live. CON: The manufacturing quality is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than any other Vic Firth sticks we've ever purchased: The shoulder of the stick was VERY rough and we were uncomfortable using them as delivered on the SOFT RUBBER rims and cymbals. We sanded them with 400 then roughed the shafts just a bit with 220. We've never before had to do any work on Vic Firth sticks to make them playable. Seems like the cutter(?) on the lathe was dull. . . Frankly quite incomprehensible how these sticks made it past Quality Control: A very cursory examination brought these shortcomings to our attention. CONCLUSION: We're very disappointed in the manufacturing quality of the sticks we received and will continue to pursue our custom painted sticks project if these don't feel incredible during play this Saturday night."

"Very lightweight with good balance. Bounces nicely off of the toms/cymbals. #sweepstakes"

"Those stick are perfect! The con is they are hard to find. I hope they will be more available in selling points in the future!"
