Christian Grassart started studying drums, when he was 13 years old, for 6 years. There he early discovered Jazz and Fusion music. In 1989 he went to the Conservatory of Nice and obtained the "1er Prix de Conservatoire" in the category Jazz drums, after only 1 year. He shared the stages with Bobby Shew, Andrea Tofanelli, Patrick BRUEL, Patrick RONDAT, Norbert KRIEF (Trust). He's often called for recording sessions - bands and artists he has worked with include Pascal MONO (Star Academy), Kate Yvorra, RDSK, Romain Voice 9¦ Back in 2009 he became drum teacher at CG Drum Academy. Today, he records drums videos, and performs Clinics for SONOR, Zildjian, Vic Firth, Aquarian Drumheads, PMsnare, Al Andalus Cajones, in France and Italy.
