Elisabetta is a drummer from Napoli, Italy. She started playing drums when she was eight years old and, by the age of sixteen, she was already playing with some of the most renowned names of the neapolitan music scene, and very soon all around Italy and Europe, collecting national and international recognitions and scholarships. She played as official drummer in the Conservatory Big Band and Symphony Orchestra for years and played as sideman with some Italian Masters, such as Stefano di Battista, Dario Deidda, Greg Burk, Letizia Gambi, and many others international names as Kelly Green, Luca Rosenfeld, Sam Clearly, Ali Watson, to mention some.
She took part to the most important italian jazz contest in 2024, including the Umbria Jazz Contest, Onyx Jazz Contest and the Teano Jazz Contest, in which she won some awards. She recorded many albums, such as an upcoming album produced by Lenny White with the “Letizia Gambri 3D” project. Elisabetta Saviano on drums, Letizia Gambri on vocals, Elisabetta Serio on piano, Giovanna Famulari on violin, Dario Deidda on bass, (with this project, they toured Europe playing in some of the most beautiful theaters, clubs and international festivals). An upcoming album with “Trio Neue” captained by the Scottish guitarist Sam Clearly and the English bassist Ali Watson. They toured the U.K. with this project playing mostly originals, in some of the most famous jazz clubs in the country. An album with the project “Anime Nomadi” captained by the national association “Dissonanzen”.
On may 2024 she recordered a soundtrack for the upcoming movie "A Simple Favor 2" directed by Paul Feig.
