Growing up with my father playing the drums i grew a close admiration for all the brands he swore by. I played in school band since I was 10, then went on to tour full time for over 13 years with my bands The Backup Plan, This is Hell, Soldiers, Stray From the Path, and now Afterparty. I had brief stints trying other out other sticks, but ultimately pops was right, Vic was the only way to go.

Most memorable Next-Level Performance
There have been so many moments! Winning my high school talent show, my first ever festival show in Alabama at 16 years old. Nothing feels better than touring with bands you've looked up to and receiving accolades from them as your new peers. -
What Drives Your Creativity?
I always try to think outside of the box, integrating things i would have played in my punk band into my metalcore band and vice versa. Throwing a quick blast beat into a pop rock song. I try to add little licks to my repertoire from all the drummers I've travelled with and then use them in my own tunes. -
Why do you choose Vic Firth?
Like I mentioned earlier, Vic was a generational thing for me. I grew up with my dad playing Vic firth and thought it was the only one i should use. Flash forward years later and using them professionally, I now know the Extreme 5B was made for me.
