Born into a large musical family in Detroit Michigan, Dave was exposed to a wide array of musical influences and experiences. Schooled by his older siblings on the Motown sound and performing various genres while nurturing his trinidadian roots, Daves wide musical palette was cultivated at the early age of 12.
His ongoing musical & drumming passion landed him a wealth of studio sessions and touring acts such as KC & The Sunshine Band (Present),Wayne Wonder, Kymani Marley, Buika, Deborah Gibson, Lil Wayne, Martika, The Marley Brothers, comedian Billy Crystal, The Drifters, The Marvelettes, Brian Howe (Bad Company), Blowfly, Inner Circle, Gyptian, Sizzla Kalunji, but to name a few.
Dave also received a 2017 Grammy nomination for his work as drummer/ producer on Concha Buika's EP, 'Para Mi. been featured in Modern Drummer (Aug. 2012 edition) and the European published drum magazine Sticks! #ijustlovetoplay
