Meehan/ Perkins Duo and Boston Conservatory at Berklee

Doug Perkins founded the groups So Percussion and the Meehan/ Perkins Duo and loves collaborating with groups all over. He premiered over 100 pieces works by as composers like David Lang, Steve Reich, Paul Lansky, John Luther Adams, Christian Wolff, and Tristan Perich. Doug performs at venues like Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Barbican Center, and his large-scale productions of have taken him to lead performances everywhere from Central Park and the Park Avenue Armory to Lands End in San Francisco and the top of the Italian Alps.

Doug is Associate Professor of Music at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
