  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

Safaricom jazz festival with Toine Thys & Hervé Samb for 20.000 children from Nairobi, Kenya.

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

My creativity is driven by the same fascination I felt as a child, hearing music and watching concerts for the first time. The magic of musicians playing together on stage captivated me then, and it continues to inspire me now. While I perform, I strive to keep that inner child alive, drawing inspiration from the people I share the stage with. Watching the audience enjoy the music motivates me to create an experience that allows them to feel even a small part of that magic.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

Playing Vic Firth has just always felt natural to me; throughout my life, they’ve been sticks I’ve used because they perfectly match my needs. I also love their brushes, which allow me to fully express myself. I’m truly honored to be an official part of the Vic Firth Family.
