  • Most Memorable Next-Level Performance?

I have to say that playing a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in NYC with Andrea Bocelli and Matteo Bocelli was one of the highlights of my career so far. I'll never forget the feeling of playing in such a legendary venue with these amazing artists.

  • What Drives Your Creativity?

Creativity is literally all around us as human beings. I get very much inspired by nature, traveling near or far to a new place I haven't been before or to a place I have been many times, cooking at home with my wife or having a good meal somewhere. It's also good for me to listen to a wide variety of music and going to see a live show. I get many inputs from living in a city like Los Angeles but also from spending time in Italy, where I'm from, where you can find so much art just by walking around the historic town and spending time with family and friends.

  • Why Do You Choose Vic Firth?

I started played drums when I was ten years old and my first pair of sticks that I ever had were the Vic Firth's American Classic 5A (SKU:5A). Every time I play Vic Firth sticks I get that feeling of having in my hands something that I'm very familiar with. It must be the texture of the wood, the weight and the shape that really makes me comfortable, lets me express ideas and flow around the drum-kit getting very much into the music. I've tried many other brands of sticks but it always seems that after a period of time I come back to Vic Firth products.
