Henry Brun, œMr. Ritmo to his fans, is hailed as one of the most talented and hardest working professional musicians and band leaders in Southwest U.S. Brun has recorded over 780 albums, including numerous Grammy and gold / platinum-award winning productions. In 1989, Henry Brun formed The Latin Playerz, a popular group noted for its blend of Latin, Rhythm and Blues, Swing and straight-ahead Jazz. The group regularly performs throughout the U.S. and abroad, including Cubas Festival Internacional Del Caribe, Puerto Ricos Heineken Jazz Festival, Mexicos Festival International de Jazz, Frances Jazz a Vienne, Switzerlands Montreaux Jazz Festival, Taiwans Taichung International Jazz Festival, to name a few. Bruns professional discipline and dedication to musical excellence has earned him the opportunity to perform and record with Arturo Sandoval, Vicki Carr, Charo, Los Lobos, Texas Tornados, Little Joe y La Familia and Los Super Seven, amongst others.
