  • Most memorable Next-Level Performance

Not one single event but whenever the setting at the gig allows you to let go and get lost in the sound, stop thinking and kind of watch yourself play.
  • What Drives Your Creativity?

for me the process is endless since there's always a new beginning with the next solo or the next composition, that's what makes it exciting. my inspiration is random, from the sounds of the city to discovering composers I did not know before.
  • Why do you choose Vic Firth?

My Vic firth mallets are just super reliable, recording or gig, also the support from VC is outstanding, they really listen to feedback, always looking for improvement, for ex. on the M-25's years ago, for a while the yarn would wear out a bit fast( I think they had to change suppliers at the time) so on the road playing it could be an issue, they really made a point of fixing that and now these Mallets last for ever, also the rattan quality is better with straighter and thicker handles.
