John Blease

John Blease grew up in Prestwick on the west coast of Scotland and started his musical life playing in ceilidh bands. Since then, he has enjoyed performing and recording music with a vast array of eclectic artists. He is the drummer in Robert Plant's band the Sensational Space Shifters. Others artists John has toured or recorded with include Seal, Paolo Nutini, Goldfrapp, Ghostpoet, Goldie, Jamie Cullum, Giorgio Moroder, Ben Folds, Mika, Skepta and Mose Allison. John also runs his own studio in London, where he lives.
