  • Most memorable Next-Level Performance

When I was in college, I was fortunate to get many opportunities to play for some really great composers. One of the coolest moments was getting to play timpani for the world premier of "Wolf Rounds" by Christopher Rouse. We premiered this work in Carnegie Hall and that moment will live with me forever! The ensemble was fantastic and I had an amazing performance!

I look for inspiration all around me. Inspiration can come from other drummers, instrumentalists, art, nature, etc. I am always looking to create unique sounds that I can bring into my performances and teachings.
