I am Josh Miller aka Baby J, 23 year old Studio / Touring drummer based out of Sacramento California. My current band is Emmure. Ive also played with artists such as Glass Cloud, Volumes, Lionheart, Havenside and Lifeforms. Drums is my passion and what I love.   • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

    We played a Slayers last Asia performance in Philippines and it was a night to remember. 30,000 people packed out full of energy and having a good time. Couldn't ask for a better time then that.

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

    Going on the road and coming back home always helps and sparks creativity for me. You meet certain people who inspire you or you hear bands every night that can catch your attention and spark that vibe for you. When I get home and have a fresh mind after being gone and getting inspired by those things it always helps me. Every tour has done that for me.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

    Before I was endorsed with Vic Firth I played all different brands of sticks. I always went back to Vic Firth. They always felt the best and held up the best for me. I am a very heavy hitter and they lasted multiple shows for me before breaking. We play at least a hour or more every night.
