Growing up listening mainly to gospel and contemporary Christian music, I was drawn to rock and heavy metal after my parents bought us "Rock Band 2" in 2009. In 2010, my mom got me my first real drum set, and I honed my skills through a mixture of YouTube drum lessons and marching band. I remember watching Matt Greiner from August Burns Red Live for the first time and being determined to learn some of their songs, which helped me improve my double bass technique.
Eventually, I started posting cover videos on social media, but when COVID hit in 2020, I began creating "themed" videos combining my love for metal music with gospel songs. This skyrocketed my social media following to nearly 900k across various platforms and led to an opportunity to play shows with country artist Reyna Roberts.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
The most memorable next level performance for me would be watching Josh Dun perform on top of a platform on top of a crowd. The way him and his band always put on the best show is inspiring.
