Michi discovers his love for drums at a young age. During his school years he receives private lessons and plays in various regional bands.
At the age of 17 he starts to play professionally. Michi plays up to 90 concerts a year and teaches weekly the regional youngsters. At the age of 19 he starts his studies with Claus Hessler at the Berufsfachschule fa¼r Musik Dinkelsba¼hl. During his studies Michi continues to be active in various bands and plays tours throughout Germany. He also attends the renowned popkurs at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre.
Today he lives in Mannheim and is active as a live, studio and session musician for various artists and bands.
