Porter Bliquez is a 20-year-old drummer and producer from San Francisco, now based in Los Angeles; he has quickly established himself as a leading voice in contemporary drumming. Growing up in the Bay Area, Porter was deeply influenced by its rich and diverse music scene, which helped shape his sound and genre-bending playing style. Characterized by his explosive play, Bliquez seamlessly fuses hip-hop, jazz, and experimental music, delivering performances that are rhythmically sophisticated yet expressive.

Most Memorable Next-Level Performance?

One of my most memorable performances was playing at the Camp Flog Gnaw Festival. I grew up listening to Tyler, the Creator and Odd Future, so getting the chance to perform not only with them but at their festival was a surreal, full-circle moment. The energy from the crowd was unbelievable and it’s an experience I’ll never forget.
