  • Most memorable Next-Level Performance

In 2012, the Jim Campilongo Trio played the Budokan sports arena in Tokyo opening for Norah Jones. Improvising to over 10,000 people has a way of forcing one to let go of fears and doubts and just play!
  • What Drives Your Creativity?

Trailblazing drummers: Valentina Magaletti, Brian Blade and Stella Mozgawa, Bob Moses's book Drum Wisdom and the dedication, musicianship and spirit of the great Levon Helm!
  • Why do you choose Vic Firth?

I love the way the SD2 Boleros sound on dark cymbals and I appreciate the diameter when I'm warming up!
