After my father introduced me to the drums, I started my journey to becoming a professional musician. I went through the school music programs and played with many different bands throughout high school and college. I graduated with a Bachelors in Jazz Performance from Arizona State University and I currently teach at Mesa Community College.

  • Most Memorable Next-Level Performance?

    When I was in college I had the opportunity to perform in front of Lewis Nash and Jeff Hamilton. The piece I was performing was "West Side Story" from the Buddy Rich Big Band. After having to perform for these two drumming heroes, I have never been worried about being nervous for a gig again!
