Russell Holzman is a drummer and producer born and raised in New York City. Coming from a family of musicians, Russell received a robust formal education in Jazz and Classical music at New England Conservatory. He is now touring with a variety of acts including pop artist Caroline Polachek and the modern rock band Brkn Love. He has also built an engaged following on social media through his drum videos which have garnered tens of millions of views. Russell is currently based in NYC and does in-studio recording session work in addition to live performances all over the world.
