Hey, I'm Ryan and I hit things with sticks! Not just any sticks, Vic Firth Sticks! I joined the company as an artist in 2002 whilst playing with my first band; thisGIRL. I've now been a VF family member for nearly 20 years and had stints keeping the stool warm for the Subways and The Vamps. My full time gig is Reverend and the Makers, we've had 6 top 20 UK Albums on the bounce and since day 1 I've been using Vic Firth X5A's.

Most memorable Next-Level Performance
Some shows just "click" and from the first song you know you're in for a performance you'll remember for the rest of your life. The perfect connection between you, the band and most importantly, the audience. I've been lucky to have quite a few of them in my career. -
What Drives Your Creativity?
We play a lot of festivals and there is nothing better than sharing a festival bill with your drumming heroes. We've also toured with or supported some of my biggest drumming influences. Luckily, they've all turned out to be lovely people. -
Why do you choose Vic Firth?
I'll never forget the day I was handed my first ever pair of drumsticks at age 10 with the iconic Vic Firth logo on them. The biggest name in Drumsticks. To have met the great man and been associated with his company for the last 20 years has been an incredible honor.
