Stephen Bolognese, originally from Boston, MA, began playing drums at age 13. A former Berklee College of Music Instructor, Stephen toured the globe with œInto Eternity (Century Media), œBeyond the Embrace (Metal Blade), and B.I.B (Roadrunner).
Today, he is an active freelance session drummer in Los Angeles. Stephen endorses Pearl drums, Vic Firth drumsticks, Sabian cymbals, and Axis percussion. At MI, Stephen teaches Rhythm Reading courses in addition to private lessons and Live Workshops at Musicians Institute.
