Drummer/percussionist/producer Steve Moretti is a two-time Grammy® Award nominee and winner of two Telly Awards. His performances have been described as œpowerful (World-Herald) and œfull of subtle nuance and excitement (Cleveland Classic). Steve has had an extensive recording career playing on over 30 nationally released recordings and made his movie debut playing live in the 2014 Clint Eastwood film, œJersey Boys. He is co-founder, President & CEO of Macon Pops, a pops orchestra he created in his hometown of Macon, GA with long-time collaborator, conductor/performer/arranger, Matt Catingub. As a producer, he has produced diverse projects from a PBS special to orchestra and chamber music works to hip hop, rock and pop artists. Steve served three terms on the Board of Governors of the Atlanta Chapter of the Grammy® Recording Academy. He is endorsed by Pearl Drums, Paiste Cymbals, Aquarian Drum Heads, Audix Microphones, Future Sonics Ear Monitors and Vic Firth Sticks.
