Terry Longshore is a percussionist whose genre-crossing work exhibits the artistry of the concert stage, the spontaneity of jazz, and the energy of a rock club. He performs internationally, composes and collaborates with diverse artists, and has premiered and recorded over 100 works. Longshore is a Yamaha Performing Artist, a Marimba One Vibe Artist, and an artist/endorser for Zildjian Cymbals, Vic Firth Sticks & Mallets, Remo Drumheads, Gon Bops Percussion, Beato Bags, and the Black Swamp Percussion Education Network. He is Professor of Music and Director of Percussion Studies at the Oregon Center for the Arts at Southern Oregon University.

Most memorable Next-Level Performance
I’ll never forget performing Steve Reich’s “Drumming” with red fish blue fish to close the Bang on a Can Marathon at Lincoln Center, with Reich sitting in the front row. We killed it - and he loved it too! -
