Music was always a part of my life from the moment I was born. When I was 5 years old my father, the Legend Tito Rodriguez, would take me with him to rehearsals at the Palladium Ballroom in New York City. After private music lessons in percussion, vibes and trombone I decided after High School to enroll in Berklee College of Music and graduated from the University of Miami with BA in Music. My first album was Curious was recorded in 1975. Subsequent albums, Eclipse, Big Three Palladium Orchestra, Live at the Blue Note and my latest release Transicion followed. My primary goal for my recordings is to create music for the dancers.
