Like a lot of drummers, I was a pot and pan enthusiast until I got my first toy drum set at age 10. Since then, I have transitioned from a rock drummer to a jazz drummer to a drum corps snare drummer, and back to a jazz drummer. Whether playing or teaching, Vic Firth has been there from the beginning.
