Yoan "Dewoodee" Glan

Yoan Glan "Dewoodee" is a musician, arranger & musical director from Paris of Ivorian origin. Coming from a family of musicians/singers. His stepfather was a Pianist, Musical Director, choirmaster at church and his mother is a singer. His musical journey began when he watched the concert DVD of the artist Israel Houghton "Alive in South Africa". He watched it over and over again, because he was influenced by the drummer "Big Mike Clemons". From then on, he did not want to give up the drums and he immediately began to deepen his knowledge of gospel music.

As soon as he had the opportunity at church, he began to practice what he had seen on video and surprised his entire church. Known for his versatility, his strike and his humility, Yoan was quickly requested for several Gospel concerts with well-known artists such as Israel Houghton, Kim Burrell, Tina Campbell, The Clark Sisters and others...

From concert to concert, he met many musicians who also impacted his music and shared with him more knowledge and musical culture. It is all these beautiful encounters that made him the musician he is today.

Today, it is with immense gratitude that he has the chance to live a rich experience with urban and international artists. Yoan has played/toured for artists such as: Tayc, Dadju, Davido, Fally Ipupa, Ronisia, Lujipeka, Rsko, Vitaa, Clara Luciani, and many others...
