  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

I consider being around and playing with musicians older than me an important and necessary experience. Being around the sources is the main way to unlock what we can define as the "next level" of consciousness on your instrument and what music requires. Being around many important jazz musicians around the world and getting the chance to tour with them was for me a key to accessing and investigating many important notions and knowledge.

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

The continuous listening of music genres and new composers and how to incorporate it into my playing. I believe also in investigating in rhythms from all around the world as an important source of creativity.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

Since I started to play drums I immediately recognized how Vic Firth covers an enormous amount of different drumsticks types for all kinds of tastes. I change in my life so many drumsticks and I always found Vic Firth to be the main and only brand that could always surprise me or inspire me to work on my sound.
