  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

There is something special about playing an arena show. The energy of the crowd and the impact of sound within the venue… Seeing the audience respond to the music allows me to fully immerse myself in the show and embrace the moment.

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

My creativity stems from the inspiration I get playing with other musicians who share the same drive and passion to really bring some creative energy. Whether it’s a simple song, or an innovative jam session involving complex musical concepts and odd time signatures, I always try to think outside the box and bring some fresh to the table.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

I first started using Vic Firth American Classic 5A in 1986 and right away I noticed the great feel and consistency in the balance of the sticks. My model Extreme X55A has the right length, weight and the sound on my drums and cymbals. It is the perfect tool to express myself artistically. I rely on Vic Firth sticks and highly recommend them!
