Originally from Detroit, I played in school Concert Orchestra, Marching Band, garage bands, Top 40 Bands AND session work before moving to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music.
After Graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Performance degree, I did 3 US tours with Kilimanjaro, Toured the USA & Europe with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, Played drums/electronic percussion on Bob Fosse's last Broadway show, played with Tiger Okoshi, Randy Roos, Rachel Z., & Randy Brecker. I was on the Berklee faculty teaching Drums & Electronic Percussion for 2 years. From Boston, I moved to Los Angeles.
I've played, toured and/or recorded with: Melissa Manchester, Bobby Caldwell, Frank Gambale, Richard Elliot, Eric Marienthal, Peabo Bryson, Lee Oskar, Bette Midler, Ann Margaret, Sally Kellerman, Brian Bromberg, Max Bennett, Jack Sheldon, Tim Weisberg, Adam Cohen, Lee Sklar, Glenn Hughes, Ricki Lee Jones, Steve Perry, Mitch Forman, John Patitucci.
I've played drums on jingles for Yessian Music, The Jingle Hut, Downtown Recorders and Ashe-Spencer Studios. Clients include: Radio Shack, Ocean Spray, Chevy Tahoe, Ford, Chevy Winter Olympics-Utah.
Currently residing in the Nashville area, I do sessions/gigs with artists such as Jonell Mosser, John Cowan (Doobie Bros.) Michael Mishaw, Jason Eskridge, The 1971 Show, Keys Studio, Ric Webb Prods., Denny Jiosa Music, Dan Hagen Music.
